The bases of our play couch can be zipped apart to become 4 square pieces or stay zipped together as 2 rectangle pieces; this opens up even more build possibilities!

All our play couches + pillow sets come standard with removeable foam protection liners underneath the play couch covers. This means easy clean up for any spills or accidents as your foam is protected!

Our goal is to have the pieces firm enough to hold those intricate builds but also offer maximum comfort.

In technical terms:
1.9 lb/ft3, rated at 60 ILD for all pieces of the play couch (firm support)

1.9 lb/ft3, rated at 60 ILD for all other pillow sets (firm support)

*ILD (Initial Load Deflection) is a measurable representation of how firm or soft the surface of a piece of foam feels.

We've chosen to use to use a density that is firm enough to hold builds yet still soft and comfy enough for lounging.

Please be aware that the size/thickness of the piece can affect how much weight it can bear; so it is normal that a thinner/smaller piece (even with the same foam density) holds less weight than a thicker/larger piece.

The total weight of the entire play couch set is around 50lbs (this includes all 10 pieces).

Our products are manufactured in China, with the exception of the KiiCo Frame which is made in Canada.

Together, we are able to marry CertiPUR-US certified foam, OEKO-TEX standard 100 fabrics, YKK zippers and detailed craftsmanship to produce the KiiCo products that we are so proud of.

Please make sure you take it out of the packaging and inspect for any manufacturing defects within 14 days of receiving it and email info@kiicoplay.com with any issues within this timeframe. Failure to do so may void the warranty.

Once unboxed, the top covers (packaged separately) can then be inserted onto each foam piece. As the foam protection liners come already assembled on each piece, adding the top covers should be a quick and easy process and take no longer than 10mins.

We designed and manufactured our covers to fit nice and snug on each piece and we want to ensure that the compression packaging will not adversely affect this (unintended stretching and pulling). We feel that taking this additional precaution will help to make sure the covers will function in the best way without any unintended strain on the fabric, zippers and the seams.

Also, this makes it easy to pop the covers into the washer for those who prefer to wash the covers before first use.

Our 100% polyester fabric is the same that is used in upholstery furniture, it is both durable and easy to care for.

It can be spot cleaned for small messes and taken off the foam and washed in the washing machine on cold cycle (just remember to close all zippers and hang dry it-avoid the dryer in case of shrinkage!).

It is completely normal for your play couch to take up to 2 weeks to fully expand and fill out the covers as it has been vacuum sealed for shipping. It will fluff up back to shape and gain it's full strength with time but the more it gets played with and used, the quicker this process will take!

Tips:

• You can unzip the covers to allow more air to flow through
• Using a warm blow dryer on the foam

Our items are in stock and ready to ship! We ship within 1-2 business days after you place the order.

Transit time will depend on where you are located. Typically 2-3 days for Western Canada, and 5-7 days in Eastern Canada. Shipping to US will range from 7-10 days. Please note these are just estimates as there may be unexpected carrier delays (weather, etc).

Refunds are only accepted within 24hrs of order being placed and before order has been shipped. Please note that all refunds are subjected to a 5% restocking fee.

No refunds or exchanges are accepted after item has been shipped.

Yes! We offer 1-year limited warranty on the foam and the fabric if product is only used for its intended purposes.
